Lower Merion School District is Hiring a School Psychologist Near Ardmore, PA

Lower Merion School District is hiring a School Psychologist and will be assigned to the Student Services Department.
PA School Psychologist K-12 Certification is required.
Out-of-state educators should explore PA's reciprocity guidelines set by the PA Department of Education. Pennsylvania Certification information is available at https://www.education.pa.gov/Educators/Certification/OutOfState/Pages/default.aspx
3-5 years of experience and doctorate degree preferred. This full time position works within the school setting providing psychological/educational and behavioral health services including student assessments, parent/staff consultations, individual or small group counseling, direct interventions, and support the achievement team. Candidate must have knowledge needed for evaluations and interventions of students. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively; take a leadership role in the building; collaborate with administration, regular and special education teachers; organize and handle multiple tasks; and exercise good judgement.
Good standing relative to Act 48 credits. Child abuse, PA State Police and FBI clearances (no less than one year from date of hire).
