You will be trusted to:

• Review scheduled work orders with crews daily.
• Provide expertise and monitor the completion of complex and detailed repairs, installation and maintenance of equipment in assigned area.
• Accountable for crew member’s safety performance, job performance, training needs, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor individual employee performance and provides regular feedback to employees.
• Partner with plant management, engineering, asset management, maintenance and construction, supply chain, and SME’s in support of organizational goals.

You qualify with:

• Nine or more years of experience in power plant operations, maintenance, engineering, or other relevant experience.
• A degree(s) in power generation, engineering, business, science, math or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
• Driver's license
