Lowe's is Hiring a Warehouse Specialty Associate Near Aurora, CO
- Assemble and/or modifies custom offered products to the highest level of company standards.
- Uses various power tools including but not limited to, chop saws, panel saws and table saws.
- Properly labels, tags, & wraps end products in preparation of delivery to customer.
- Uses paint equipment & software programs effectively to include tinters, shakers, and any other equipment designated for Paint Fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, safe working station which includes abiding by all OSHA safety standards & wearing proper PPE.
- Achieves or exceeds performance expectations by completing all receiving tasks efficiently and effectively
- Trained and performs tasks in cross-functional areas, such as picking, pulling, labeling, and/or shipping, as assigned by management
- Minimally must be able to lift 40 pounds; ability to lift up to 70 pounds with or without an accommodation 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
- Strong safety orientation and proven record of complying with safety requirements
- Demonstrated track record of consistent and reliable on-the-job contribution
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision or with a team
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in distribution center operations or previous warehouse experience
- Experience operating powered equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck, yard truck)
- Experience performing detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced working environment
- Experience using spatial reasoning to position product effectively
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Basic computer skills
