Job Summary
The Product Manager owns the vision and strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for individual products within a product group. Responsibilities include writing stories to define outcomes and product requirements as well as planning and managing product features through the product development process.
This role manages the product backlog while prioritizing work and making product-related decisions based on the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders.
Although this role is responsible for end-to-end delivery of products, which includes managing the product backlog and prioritizing work for the team, more day-to-day focus is placed on identifying key gaps in product features, capturing product requirements, and defining outcomes or Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
The individual in this role identifies and manages projects independently while working closely with both internal and external partners.
Product Manager - Nodestar
This role will be focused on ensuring business partners are aligned to Nodestar vision and OKRs. The role will focus on the customer experience and define and measure customer success metrics. The product manager will drive prioritization, while enabling clear user stories and delivering a high-quality product. The role owns the user journey for a given feature level and work autonomously to delivery toward those OKRs. This role will focus on collaborating closely with their Product Team and Business partners to influence features, build great stakeholder relationships, participate in product marketing and drive product plans for their defined product space. The Product Manager will drive clarity on the goals and partner with key stakeholders to track progress. This role will define objectives for their product, partner with product team and Engineering to develop OKRs and data/analytics to monitor health and business impact. Will partner with their Sr. Manager of Product to define key metrics and consistently monitor the health of the product independently.
Lowe's Nodestar Product offers the unique opportunity to work with a user interface (UI) along with backend technologies. This product provides business users with the ability to view, understand and manage inventory and sourcing decisions. In addition, Nodestar is also a configurator for sourcing providing actionable levers to enable business partners to control sourcing decisions.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
* 2 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation or product marketing
* 1 year of experience in product and/or experience management
* Strong writing ability
* Experience in an agile software environment
* Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization
* Experience working closely with senior leadership
* Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's Degree in Business Administration or similar advanced degree
* CSPO Certification

Pay Range for CA, CO, HI, NJ, NY, WA: $75,300.00 - $143,100.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
