Lowcountry Endodontics is Hiring a Dental Assistant (pre-Dental student) Near Mount Pleasant, SC

Job description

Pre-Dental Student wishing to gain experience in the dental field to enhance their opportunity for Dental School acceptance. Looking for an applicant who will add to our teams efficiency and pleasant manner. Applicant should be well-organized with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients in the office
  • Set up and sterilize instruments
  • Assist the dentist and staff in daily routines
  • Provide post-operative care instructions
  • Schedule appointments and verify insurance
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures

Skills

  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Well-organized and reliable
  • Additional certification or training is an asset

Hours

  • M-F
  • 6-9 hrs/day

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
