Lowcountry Courier and Delivery is Hiring a Courier Driver Near Charleston, SC

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Courier Driver. As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting packages and goods to their designated locations.

Duties:

- Drive personal vehicle to transport packages and goods locally

- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher or supervisor

- Communicate with dispatch to confirm delivery details and provide exceptional customer service

- Complete necessary paperwork, such as delivery logs or proof of delivery forms

Qualifications:

- Drivers must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

-MUST provide your own Smartphone (iPhone or Android)

- Maintain and provide proof of required auto indurance policy

- Previous experience as a courier driver or in a similar driving role preferred

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally or to use a cart to transport heavier items

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Familiarity with using GPS navigation systems or maps to plan routes

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
