Low Bob's is Hiring an Assistant Manager Near Kokomo, IN
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting every customer.
- Comply with all legal aspects of the store FDA mandated compliance policy.
- Accurately handle all cash and credit transactions to eliminate overages and shortages.
- Maintain correct cigarette counts.
- Stocking and cleaning duties to maintain and enhance the store's appearance inside and outside.
- Evaluate customer purchases to suggest other products they may be interested in to increase the store's profitability.
- Remain current on all new products and promotions. Comply with all operational procedures for maintaining the store's safety and security practices.
- Resolve customer problems in a professional manner showing patience and respect at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- This position requires excellent oral communication skills and requires a high level of interpersonal relationship skills with the public and personnel at all levels within the organization.
- Must be able to read, write, count, accurately complete computer documentation, and run a point-of-sale register. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb ladders, bend and lift, and move up to 50 lbs of merchandise occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.
- Ability to work a variety of hours and days including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
