Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize store profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Conduct employee orientation and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager on training development programs
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions and reporting
- Implement budgeting strategies to meet financial goals
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing

- Proven experience in retail management with a focus on buying and selling products
