Overview:
Loving Touch Animal Center is looking for someone computer-savvy and customer-oriented to work the front desk in a fast-paced setting. This is a great first step if you want to work in a veterinarian clinic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to text messages, and schedule appointments
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Maintain medical records and ensure accuracy
- Assist with aseptic techniques in the clinic
- Provide support to veterinary staff as needed
- Manage inventory of office supplies and pet care products
