Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with specimen collection, processing, and laboratory testing
- Perform various nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy
- Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting
- Experience in the ER or critical care unit is highly preferred
- Familiarity with neonatal ventilators and experience in caring for newborns is a plus
- Proficient in administering injections and performing various medical procedures
- Knowledge of family planning methods and Botox administration is beneficial
