We are thrilled to represent a prestigious client, a 501c3 nonprofit healthcare facility deeply committed to advancing community health in Buffalo, NY, and beyond. Our client seeks a Director of Nursing Excellence to join their dynamic team and drive excellence in nursing operations and patient care.
Role Overview:

• Drive nursing excellence initiatives by initiating, planning, and managing projects and operational areas.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to support system-wide nursing needs, safety initiatives, patient experience strategies, employee satisfaction, and other oversight projects.
• Coordinate the nursing excellence plan from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; a master's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, or Health Care Administration is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in healthcare operations or similar regulated industries.
• Solid background in strategic development, planning, analysis, and quality improvement.
• Prior experience in project management is advantageous.
• An RN license is required upon hire; preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), and clinical certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. No weekends or holidays are required.
