Responsibilities:

- Promote our products or services at various events, trade shows, and retail locations
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to customers
- Utilize social media platforms to create engaging content and increase brand visibility
- Assist with market research and data collection to identify customer preferences and trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies for brand promotion
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively answer customer inquiries
- Represent the brand in a professional manner at all times
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in social media management platforms
- Strong public speaking skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
