Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of office operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Oversee administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Handle employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
- Manage human resources functions such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with staff to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a related field
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
- Familiarity with dental office practices and procedures is required
- Experience with practice management software Dentrix is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
