We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a State Tested Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to patients in various healthcare settings. Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse

- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals

- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse

- Assist with medical procedures and treatments

- Document patient information accurately and timely in medical records

- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care

- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications:

- Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant certification

- Previous experience in acute care or long-term care settings preferred

- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation procedures

- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Sign on Bonus $1,000 $3 shift differential
