Responsibilities

• The registered professional nurse position is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients.
• This RN participates in decision-making, teaching, leadership functions, and quality improvement activities that enhance patient care outcomes and program operations.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Minimum: Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing 
• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire) and BLS;
• HIRING DEPARTMENT MAY ALSO REQUIRE ACLS and or PAL
• 12 months dialysis experience required to be on-call.
• Successful completion and maintenance of CPR BLS & ACLS Certification.

Preferred Job Requirements: 

• Hemodialysis and/or ICU experience (preferred).
• Minimum of 12 months experience as an RN (preferred)
