Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing MRI cross sectional imaging and other related procedures as directed by a licensed physician
• Operate and monitor MRI equipment
• May assist in other areas as requested
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Radiologic Sciences or equivalent.
• Training in Radiology, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and/or Cross Sectional Anatomy
• ARRT, ARDMS or equivalent registered or eligible; Full State of New Mexico licensure required within one year of hire. Must maintain licensure and national certification/registry
• Basic Life Saving Certification

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree; Formal MRI Education
• Three (3) years experience in a hospital environment
