Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, reservations, and providing personalized assistance remotely
- Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, to create customized itineraries tailored to clients' preferences
- Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients, offering insights and expertise to enhance their travel experiences
- Liaise with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, maintaining clear communication and accuracy
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise promptly, providing assistance and solutions to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, travel bookings, expenses, and other relevant information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the department and ensure a positive client experience
