LOVE YOUR BATH is Hiring a Production Coordinator Near Orlando, FL

Looking for a "Jack of All Trades"! We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator whose "Attention to Detail" is out of this world. Applicant must have clean driving record. Applicant will perform jobsite inspections and services as needed. Candidate must be able to review contracts and before photos of bathrooms from both an installation and production viewpoint and order specific job material for customer installs. *Plumbing background a plus

Our work environment is fast paced but in a relaxed atmosphere. The department can easily get multiple calls a day and applicant must be able to focus and finish each task before moving on to the next tasks. To succeed in this role, applicant should have excellent attention to detail, memory recall, time management and communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver job information. Primary duties are to ensure that all products are ordered properly within the scope of work, projects are completed on time and within budget, and meet high quality customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform in progress jobsite installation inspections as needed.
  • Handle customer service issues and schedule service appointments daily.
  • Review contract and photos for full scope of work needed and order product.
  • Notify if there are any change orders needed and follow up in obtaining them.
  • Perform order confirmations and liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope of work and installation objectives.
  • Ordering specific job materials through manufacturer's ordering software for each contract.
  • Notate detailed installation instructions in customer file for installation notes.
  • Communicate with installers during installation and help troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Follow up on open orders for back orders and track shipping info.
  • Schedule installs as needed
  • Review contracts and work with Production & Sales Manager communicating any issues or concerns as needed.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants as needed.

Skills:

  • Must be extremely proficient in Excel.
  • Must have proven work experience as a Project Coordinator and or Estimator or similar role in construction trade.
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Should have permitting background and know how to procure building permits.
  • Must be able to work with others as a team player.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.

Experience:

  • Construction environment: 3 years (Required)
  • Customer service: 5 years (Required)
  • Plumbing Background (A plus)

Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass criminal background check
  • Must have insurable MVR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
