Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: - Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences - Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks - Process payroll and maintain accurate records - Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols - Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed - Maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring proper organization and accessibility - Oversee office maintenance and coordinate repairs or maintenance services as necessary Qualifications: - Proven experience in an administrative or office management role - Strong clerical skills, including proficiency in calendar management, filing, and record keeping - Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience with financial management tasks - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience in medical office management is a plus - Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks based on importance - Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills - Experience supervising staff is preferred We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
