Our company is seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment. This position requires excellent decision-making skills, the ability to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers, and the diligence to ensure that merchandise is displayed appropriately and sales goals are met. The successful candidate will have an interest or background in retail or customer service, strong communication skills and will be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to customers in stores or on the phone.
• Assist customers with their purchases by providing a variety of options and answering questions.
• Count money and make change accurately.
• Follow all operating procedures of the organization.
• Call customers back as required to answer customer questions and comments.
• Answer, record, and forward incoming customer calls as requested.
• Maintain cash drawer and entire store by completing assigned tasks.
• Retrieve merchandise from stockroom or warehouse in a timely manner.
