Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their homes, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort. Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication reminders
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain client confidentiality

Skills:
- Experience in home care or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or seniors requiring specialized care
- Familiarity with hospice care principles is a plus
- Understanding of nursing home systems and protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
