About This Role
The Employee Benefits Sales position is responsible for personally finding and qualifying new leads, and converting prospective buyers into clients. To be effective in this role, you must: be a great prospector, adept at building trustworthy relationships, skilled at asking questions, and have a natural market to call on. You’ll work closely with the LoVasco Employee Benefits team to manage the delivery of our benefits consulting and brokerage services.
