Description
Louisville Tile is seeking a Customer Service Representative for inside counter sales. This position is responsible for maintaining and building relationships with customers. They are responsible for providing customer service in person and over the phone for order entry, inquiries, claims, requests, and providing information about products and services. They are also knowledge experts on the installation process and ancillary products to assist customers with technical advice and product recommendations. CSRs may also be responsible for upselling products and services and meeting sales targets. Strong communication and customer service skills, as well as experience in a similar role, are typically required for this position. This is a full-time M-F position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. Applicants must pass a post-offer drug screen and background check.
