Job Description:
The Learner Support Coordinator position will provide direct support to learners in 100% on line degree programs. The growth of online programs requires additional support. The position will require excellent organizational skills and excellent communication skills.
Specific duties/areas of work will include:
  • Collaborate with GUILD and LSU Online to support GUILD learners including
o Verifying GUILD eligibility and coding in PCampus
o Communicate with faculty of GUILD students to set up Proctor Codes
o Complete reports and upload to GUILD system applicants, enrollments, and financials
  • Assist students in navigating financial aid and assist with resolving bookstore or other access issues
  • Meet weekly with LSU Online to stay current on new programs and issues
  • Assist with group advising and communications to facilitate the registration process
  • Assist with preparing unofficial degree audits as needed during busy times
  • Help with monitoring Facebook page for LSUA Online students
  • Review LSU Online Communication Log daily to resolve/address issues
  • Help with Virtual Commencement and activities/events for on line students.
  • Other duties as assigned

Special Instructions:
Candidates must have Excellent customer service skills, ability to quickly learn new software programs, be adaptable to changing processes. Bachelor's degree required in a Business or Communications area. 2 Years of Customer service experience preferred.
