Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a medical office setting.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient referrals
- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Verify insurance information and process patient billing
- Assist with medical scheduling and coordinate patient referrals
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry

Skills:
- Proficiency in using medical office software systems such as EMR, athena health
- Experience in front desk operations and medical receptionist duties
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical records management and HIPAA regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with patients and staff effectively
