Our growing medical practice, Physicians Premiere Weight & Wellness Center, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. With a commitment to providing top-quality medical weight management services, we are looking for a highly capable practice manager to perform business management tasks, supervise staff, as well as contribute to business improvement and expansion plans. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package (health, dental, and vision coverage, 401K, PTO, etc).

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee day-to-day operations, including patient scheduling and management

● Establish and maintain efficient front and back office workflow and operations

● Oversee HR functions (payroll, employee management, hiring/firing, staff performance

reviews, etc)

● Spearhead recruiting, orientation, training, and development of support staff.

● Liaison between PPWWC and Loudoun Medical Group

● Monitor expenditure and perform daily financial management tasks.

● Work with physician leadership to implement innovative practice growth and quality

solutions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

● Support and uphold established policies, procedures, goals, quality improvement, safety,

codes, and requirements of regulatory agencies.

● Develop marketing strategies (help maintain website, social media platforms, create

marketing materials)

● Ability to utilize software, spreadsheets, word processors, Quickbooks, ADP, and

Microsoft Office

● Keep informed of trends in practice administration and healthcare regulations.

● Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree, preferably with coursework in healthcare administration and/or

clinical experience equivalent

● 3 years of management experience in healthcare

● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

● Excellent organizational and time-management skills

● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

● Proficiency in electronic practice and health record management system

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
