Job Overview

The tutor works with students in grades K-8 in small groups of students who need additional academic support. 

Roles and Responsibilities

• The tutor works side by side with the classroom teachers and administrators to help students improve academic skills in math and/or reading.

Education High School Diploma or GED required

Experience

Teaching experience preferred

• Ability to relate to children, teacher, and other school staff
• Knowledge of educational evidence-based best practices in education
• Ability to keep and maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
