Your Job Purpose:
As a Mechanical Technician working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the Semiconductor sector. This job is based in a state-of-the-art global facility in Chandler, Arizona.
The Mechanical Technician will be responsible for sustaining operations, periodic maintenance and technical support on mechanical equipment and systems.
Your Job Description:
- Monitor functionality of mechanical equipment, systems and alarms.
- Monitor systems to verify that they are within client specifications.
- Systems / Plant include: Chillers, Boilers / Steam generation & distribution, Cleanroom Air Handlers, Air Compressors, Exhaust systems/fans, Scrubbers, RCTLs, Heat Exchangers & Centrifugal pumps.
- Execution of sustaining plant operations including the following tasks: Plant rotations.
- Coordination of planned outages.
- Monitoring of mechanical systems via the site BMS to ensure environmental compliance and equipment operational parameters are maintained.
- Reporting of issues and effective communication to operations management.
- Troubleshooting of systems utilizing HMI historical trends and event data.
- Coordination of both corrective and preventative maintenance of equipment & systems.
- Working with SCADA systems.
Job Requirements:
- The candidate must have at least one of the following:Associates of Arts or Science degree in related Technology, Military service of work experience or any equivalent degree.
- 1 Years’ Experience with flows, pumps, valves and piping systems. Ability to troubleshoot operational problems in these systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Maximo and ICMTL, SPEED a plus.
- 1 years’ experience in industrial waste treatment systems.
- 3 years of experience with industrial mechanical systems operations and/or vibration analysis a plus.
- 3 years of experience role modeling safety behaviors and influencing team members.
