Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is 3-day a week shift that may include evenings and some Saturdays so flexibility is a plus. Additional hours may be available depending on seasonal workload and performance.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various duties including order picking, and re-stocking picking locations. Previous experience is not required, but the ideal candidate must be coachable and willing to handle various tasks in a team environment.

Duties:

• Accurately perform order picking to ensure timely shipment of products
• Monitor and replenish inventory in picking locations to support picking operations
• Organize warehouse space and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Assist in inventory management in support of regular stock counts

Experience:

• No experience is required for this entry level position

Skills:

• Coachable and eager to learn and ask questions related to assignments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors
• Must be able to safely lift overhead and carry 50 lbs
