Lotspeich Co. of Florida, Inc. is looking to hire Foreman who are experienced in the installation and supervision of metal framing and drywall.

As a LCF Framing & Drywall Foreman, you will be required to provide management oversight for commercial metal stud framing /drywall projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Must be able to work with little or no supervision while managing different groups of sub-contractors. This is a hands-on position and may require you to assist subordinates in their daily tasks. **PAID WEEKLY**

Foreman Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation and supervision of metal framing & drywall
• Adherence to and responsibility for the company safety program
• Read blueprints (ability to do layout is a plus)
• Possess necessary hand and power tools to perform the job
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
