We have an opening for a part or full time experienced barista at our busy shop. The applicant should already know how to make basic espresso-based drinks & have a passion for coffee. Training is provided to prepare drinks per our menu. Dependability, reliability, and punctuality is a firm requirement for employment. Must be available to work weekends including Sundays, as needed. In return we provide a positive work environment & competitive wages. Shifts can vary from 4.5 to 8 hours depending on how the schedule works out. Hours are 24-30 per week, depending on your needs. Starting base pay is $15.00/hr Tips. For the successful barista, tips average $7-10 per hour. $22-$25/hour is what the applicant can reasonably expect to earn. We try to accommodate employees personal schedules as much as possible.
