Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Breakfast Chef at Lost Dunes Golf Club in Bridgman, MI. The Breakfast Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes, ensuring food safety and quality, managing inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to create menus and specials.
The Breakfast Chef will also be responsible for training and supervising kitchen staff.
Qualifications
- Experience in breakfast preparation and cooking
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus
