We're now seeking an individual to assist with our cidermaking processes who shares our passion for quality and innovation to join our tight-knit team.
What You'll Do
- Report and work directly with the Headcidermaker and the owner.
- Assist in all facets of cider production, from juice receiving to the final product, including canning, bottling, and kegging.
- Maintain our high standards for cleanliness and organization, adhering to our strict SOPs and cleaning protocols.
- Operate and maintain equipment, with opportunities to learn about cutting-edge cider-making technologies and old-world techniques.
- Manage inventory, materials, and warehouse space efficiently.
- Contribute to a team environment that values learning, quality, and creativity.
Who You Are
- You have 1 years of experience in alcohol manufacturing and production, ideally in the wine industry. Wine, beer, or cider-making experience is highly regarded but not essential.
- Proficient with industrial equipment like forklifts, canning lines, and pressurized vessels.
- Comfortable with technology, including Google Drive and related applications, for managing tasks and solving problems with minimal oversight.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy items (50 lbs) and thriving in a role requiring an elevated level of attention to detail and manual labor.

Preferably you already live in the DMV/Greater Washington area
•
We would also consider a candidate who is willing to relocate if it is the right fit

Must be 21 years of age or older

Familiarity with OSHA, FDA, TTB compliance
