The On-Site Recruiter/HR Coordinator will be interviewing, testing and referring applicants for positions throughout the company, in addition to assisting the HR Team with day-to-day Human Resources functions. The successful candidate must have solid experience with interviewing techniques, be willing to learn about our specialized functions in the company, and a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure. A good foundation of general Human Resources processes and procedures is a must! 

This is NOT a Remote Work or Hybrid Opportunity. All Duties must be performed in our offices in Natchez, Mississippi.

What we need in a great candidate:

• For this ON-SITE position, you must be able to work at our offices in Natchez MS.
• Recruiting experience required, plus basic knowledge of Human Resources functions and employment laws.
• Ability to maintain Confidentiality a must!
• Organizational skills with ability to multi-task.
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication, including telephone communications.
• Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Suite and internet-based applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting/recruiting for multiple companies a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate computer mouse and keyboard and other basic office equipment; subject to long periods of sitting and twisting to perform essential functions.
