The On-Site Recruiter/HR Coordinator will be interviewing, testing and referring applicants for positions throughout the company, in addition to assisting the HR Team with day-to-day Human Resources functions. The successful candidate must have solid experience with interviewing techniques, be willing to learn about our specialized functions in the company, and a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure. A good foundation of general Human Resources processes and procedures is a must!
