- E-file - State and Federal
- Draft discovery, pleadings, motions, general correspondence, notices etc
- Support attorneys and paralegals
- Responsible for case load of 40-50
- 2 years of construction litigation or catastrophic injury experience required (plaintiff or defense)
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a self-starter who can work well in a team environment
- Proficient with Outlook, Adobe and Microsoft Word
