Job Summary:
We are seeking a Parts Manager to oversee the procurement, inventory control, and distribution of parts. The ideal candidate will have a background in management, inventory control, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all parts department operations
- Supervise parts staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate
- Process orders efficiently using the order management system
- Coordinate with vendors to procure necessary parts
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Perform data entry tasks to update part information and pricing
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist in identifying and sourcing correct parts
- Ensure compliance with auto body repair standards
