LA Rag House Inc. is seeking an established CNC Programmer to join our Team. This role performs all aspects of the machining work flow including process design, fabrication, CNC programming, machining, inspection, and general shop activities

Responsibilities:

- Prepare, Set-up and Operate multiple multi-axis CNC Mills up to 5-axis

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

- Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or malfunctions

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines

- Inspect finished parts using bore gauges, coordinate measuring machines, and other measuring instruments.

- Meet expectations for productivity.

- Communicate with shop leadership when production is inhibited

- Must troubleshoot and solve problems for example, with machines, tooling and program malfunction.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role

- Previous leadership experience preferably in a Manufacturing Facility (preferred)

- Familiarity with hand tools and basic math calculations

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Skills:

- Ability to use GibbsCAM for programing and modeling software

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
