Role: Salesforce Vlocity - Tech Lead

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)

Job Description:

• We are looking for a Salesforce Vlocity Tech Lead with a minimum of 12 years' experience in the IT field and a bachelor's degree.
• The candidate will be responsible for managing technical teams, liaising with different departments, researching new technology stacks, and implementing solutions in compliance with SF's recommended standards.

Must-have Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Vlocity
• Experience in managing technical teams and acting as a liaison
• Proven track record of designing solutions, working with an enterprise architecture group
• Ability to research new technology stack and create Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Experience in implementing solutions in SF adhering to SF's recommended standards
• Proficiency in communicating about Out Of The Box (OOTB) vs customization with business and Business Analysts (BAs)
• Knowledge in Copado with Vlocity DevOps
• Outstanding Salesforce administration experience
• Sound knowledge in Jenkins, Bitbucket, JIRA, GitHub
• Hands-on technical experience in Visual Studio, Postman, SOAP UI, APEX, and all standard out of the box SFDC features
• Experience in end-to-end requirement analysis, design, and development
• Proven ability to write custom Lightning Components in JavaScript within the LWC framework
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Insurance domain knowledge

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Salesforce Vlocity Certification
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
• Knowledge in other Salesforce products and tools
• Familiarity with other CRM platforms
