IN-PERSON INTERVIEW
The position will help organize current records based on their type and retention schedules. Incumbent will be making copies, completing basic forms, removing paper / binder clips and documenting the files before packaging and shipping to the Records Center.
Incumbent performs standardized and non-standardized tasks and requires incumbent to effectively manage agency resources while keeping consistent with agency policies and laws affecting the agency.
Responsibilities :
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to attend to detail and maintain accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to lift between 50 lbs. to 75 lbs.
