The Sales Associate is the ultimate Brand Ambassador for the company. They are a consummate professional with the ability to engage, build and develop relationships with the Loro Piana customer. S/he will understand how to strategize and build their client book on a regular basis. They will work towards achieving their sales, KPIs and overall goals set by the Store Manager. The Sales Associate will be a team player and have positive attitude, working alongside their colleagues and Store Manager to find solutions and to contribute to achieving the overall store goal.

Responsibilities

• Executes company standard as it relates to the customer experience with each interaction
• Builds and develops relationships with customers, understanding their needs and lifestyle, customizing the selling experience relating to those needs
• Is detailed oriented not only during the process of the sale, but also during the after sale process
• Works as a team player at all times, supporting if needed
• Stays aware of their own goals and KPIs to ensure they are reaching their targets on a monthly and yearly basis
• Contributes to the organization and order of the store at all times

Sales

• Responsible for the sales process following the Company standards (“Loro Piana Selling Galateo”)
• Responsible for achieving personal sales targets and KPIs set by the Store Manager
• Is proactive in tracking self-performance
• Provides and maintains a high level of customer service at all times is a self-starter that doesn’t wait to be directed, has an understand of responsibilities

Client Management and CRM

• Ensures the after-sales service is handle with care and efficiency, in order to maintain clients satisfaction and loyalty with the aim of promoting the Brand image
• Escalates customer issues to the Store Manager so that all matters are taken care of properly
• Is proactive in new client outreach, as well as consistent follow up with customer requests and inquiries
• Ensure that the necessary customer data is being capture to support and contribute to the CRM reporting strategy

Product

• Participates to all the product presentations (of all the product categories) done in store
• Extensive knowledge of product for all categories, always having the mindset to seek and understand more
• Ensures the appropriate care of product in the store i.e. replenishment, cleanliness, tidiness etc…

Visual

• Helps to support display maintenance throughout the store, communicating to the Store Manager any call outs or issues

Stock

• Is always aware on the store stock levels in order to optimize sales
• Participates to end of the year, sector and rotation inventory for each product category

Thefts and losses

• Respects the assigned position in order to prevent thefts and losses in cooperation with colleagues
• Is attentive to any items missing, questionable behaviors in the store and any other anomalies that may affect business to promptly notify the Store Manager

Skills and abilities required

• Relevant work experience as Sales Associate in a luxury boutique
• Aligned with the Brand identity and detail oriented
• Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and Brand
• Excellent interpersonal, teamworking and problem solving skills
• Good stress management, flexibility and adaptability
• Fluent English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus
