Loro Piana, a leader in manufacturing and distribution of the finest quality textiles, ready to wear, accessories and custom made garments, has a wonderful Shipping and Receiving opportunity at our Meatpacking location. We are looking for confident and enthusiastic candidates. They must have strong organizational skills, work with a sense of urgency, strong communication skills, understanding of time bound projects, and can build relationships amongst the team with the ability to remain agile and flexible to the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Process in and out bound shipments.
• Monitor inventory control.
• Work alongside Store Manager to execute and guide internal inventory.
• Send out all client charge sends.
• Maintain front and back of house operations.
• Effectively communicate with Store Manager on things relating to shipment, operations and charge sends.
• Communicate effectively will all members of the store team as it relates to charge sends, back of house and front of house.
• Ensure that back of house is kept neat and organized at all times.

Skills and abilities

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent organizational skills
• Can work within time bound projects
• Knowledge of SAP platform and FedEx
• Lifting up to 50 boxes when necessary

Experience in Shipping & Receiving in Luxury retail is a plus.

Loro Piana uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $22 to $26 per hour.
