Assist with developing new tooling ideas.
Inspect weld for bead size and compliance with other specifications. Blend, grind, or polish weld ensuring specified minimum wall requirement is met.
Use calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges to measure repaired part and ensure dimensional requirements are met. Complete production paperwork.
Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment and machines.
