Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and experienced Server to join our team at Lorado Smokehouse & Grill. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Duties:
- Greet guests and seat them at their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Skills:
- Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional service
- Knowledge of food service procedures and food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with using OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
