Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Assist with food preparation as needed

Skills:
- Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as OpenTable is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
