About the Role:

As an Outside Business Developer, you'll play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting incoming and outgoing customers in person, by phone, or email.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers professionally and courteously.
• Promote our business and answer any questions that the customers will have
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve organizational sales goals.
• Contributing to the overall success of the organization by achieving related results.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
• Supporting an organization that values diversity and actively engages with diverse people, perspectives, and ideas.
• Recognizing the importance of inclusion in achieving our best outcomes.
• Applying your knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and self-development.
• Staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Work hours: Fridays, Saturdays 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sundays from 12 PM to 4 PM.
• Pay scale: $14 to $15 per hour (Part-time)
• With a starting pay of $14 to $15 per hour, and the chance to earn uncapped commissions, you can look forward to a rewarding career with us.
• Top performers could earn an average $600 to $800 worth of commissions for sales and services monthly.
• Performing any other duties as assigned by the management team.

Our Ideal Candidate:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• A minimum of one year of insurance sales experience
• A deep understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as a general working knowledge of computer systems and the internet for business purposes
• Schedule adaptability and the ability to professionally resolve escalated issues
• Align with our company's values, achieve your goals by excelling in sales, and create satisfied customers
• Ability to professionally handle and resolve escalated issues.
• Quick thinking and adaptability in dynamic situations.
• Reliable transportation to commute to various sales centers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Highly self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
• While a Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License is preferred, it is not required.
