Loop Nutrition is Hiring a Registered Dietitian Near Charleston, SC

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team as a wellness expert. The RD will work closely with clients to promote a healthy relationship with food, and reach long-term wellness goals. We are an up and coming brand with offices located in O2 Fitness clubs, and this is the chance for you to get in at the ground level!

Responsibilities:

  • Aid in generating new business through promoting Loop Nutrition within O2 Fitness and the surrounding community

  • Positively contribute to the team of Registered Dietitians to offer support and collaboration across locations

  • Conduct initial assessments with clients to gather information about their medical history, eating habits, and health goals.

  • Provide individualized nutrition counseling that is evidence-based and rooted in the principles of Intuitive Eating.

  • Help clients explore their attitudes towards food and eating, identify patterns of behavior that are not serving them, and develop strategies to improve their relationship with food.

  • Collaborate with other members of the wellness team to provide comprehensive care for clients, including our in house physical therapists, personal trainers, and other wellness professionals.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest research and trends

  • Conduct group nutrition education sessions and workshops

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards

  • Participate in professional development activities, including attending conferences and workshops and staying in the loop on current trends in the field

Compensation: $50,000-$70,000, salary plus bonus

Benefits:

  • Health insurance, including vision and dental

  • 401(k) retirement plan available after meeting plan eligibility requirements

  • PTO: 120 hours of paid time off plus New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, totaling 168 hours per year

    • Sick time and/or personal time is included in PTO

    • PTO resets yearly on your anniversary date

  • Complimentary O2 Fitness membership

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) with current licensure

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy and counseling clients in a 1:1 setting. (Intuitive Eating, weight-neutral approaches to health, and body positivity counseling experience preferred)

  • Strong communication and counseling skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and lifelong learning
