Loomis Chaffee seeks a part-time student driver to transport athletic teams to afternoon practices and games. Monday – Saturdays with varying times. Most days 3:30 p.m. -7:30 p.m. but times will vary pending game schedules.

Requirements

• CT drivers license with clean motor vehicle record with an “A” endorsement.
• Pass a medical exam completed by an authorized medical examiner.
• Must be able to pass the federally mandated drug tests performed throughout the year.
• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Ability to work variable hours that include evenings and weekends.
• One year experience with activity buses driving preferred.
• Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of local roads and routes especially the greater Hartford area.
• The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
• Effective communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable.
