We are currently seeking a licensed and experienced Branch Manager to join our West Knoxville team at Lookout Pest Control. As a Branch Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead, coach, and grow our branch employees while focusing on driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in our continued growth and success. Here are some of the key responsibilities: 

• Manage branch profit and loss to drive revenue growth 
• Oversee branch operations and achieve key performance indicators 
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to expand our book of business 
• Lead and develop our team through training and coaching 
• Identify areas of improvement and take proactive actions to enhance operational efficiency

In terms of day-to-day expectations, you will be responsible for managing our branch located in West Knoxville. This includes hiring and training new employees, evaluating performance, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with our customers.
