Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, helping them lead fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Help individuals engage in social activities and community outings
- Monitor and document individual progress and any changes in behavior or health

Skills:
- Experience in caregiving and assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor

Must be able to operate tools and equipment safely. Must be able to exert up to 100lb with two people and lift up to 50lbs independently. Physical demands are in excess of sedentary work as position frequently requires walking, driving, standing, sitting, reaching with hands/arms, kneeling, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing and pulling. Ability to carry out safety techniques and holds.
