Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. You will also be responsible for managing and leading a team of production workers. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations - Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders - Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures - Train and mentor production workers on best practices and standard operating procedures - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes - Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Maintain accurate production records and reports - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Experience: - Proven experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor or similar role - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks - Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and reporting - Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment - Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
